#IAmRemarkable - Certified Facilitator!

I am SO proud to now be a certified #IAmRemarkable Facilitator - If you haven’t heard of the #IAmRemarkable movement yet, let me be the first tell you about it because I’m pretty sure once you have you are going to want to book onto a workshop pronto!

Backstory

#IAmRemarkable started in 2016 as an internal Google initiative. Initially, it was aimed at just women; and focused on empowering them to talk more openly about their accomplishments in the workplace, and challenging the established gender modesty norms.

However, the team quickly realised that the issues raised weren’t just specific to women - they applied to those from any underrepresented groups, whether they be gender, ethnicity, sexuality, ability…really any individual who differs any way in the their day-to-day as being marginalised can mean you are more likely to experience limiting beliefs or Impsoter Syndrome - and less likely to engage in self-promotion.

Present Day

SO - these inspiring workshops which really empower you to share your accomplishments are now available to anyone! They are ENTIRELY FREE - they last 90minutes and can be either online or in person.

I LOVE facilitating these workshops, participants Love attending them. It really is a fabulous movement, VERY inspiring and motivating… and you just might also need a packet of tissues handy! It can be emotional… I for one happy cry most sessions! Of course that could just be me!!
